Group Rates for Gove Hill Retreat
Rates are subject to change without notice and should be used are reference only. Your exact rate may vary with your choice of overnights, meals and other options. Minimums of 25 people is required for peak weekends. Minimums may be as low at 15 for off peak and 10 for weekday reservations. Discounts for youth and American Baptist Churches may apply. For Weekend reservations, a deposit of $325 or full amount due, which ever is less, is required to hold your reservation. Week long groups, a deposit of 25% of the guaranteed minimum is required. For specific rates for your group's needs, please contact govehill@abcvnh.org Local and organic foods are available for an extra fee. Linen is available for $6.75 per person, or you may bring your own. The Manor house has blankets and pillows on each bed for guest use. Payment by cash or check only at this time.

Overnight accommodations per person:

Local organic meals will feature as much locally grown and/or organic ingredients as are available per time of year. Our One Rustic Cabins feature electric, bath facilities with showers and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people. No blankets or pillows are provided in these dwellings.
Our Four Adirondack shelters feature sleeping platforms with mattress for up to 8 people. They are screened in to help keep biting insects away, but have no power or bath facilities. Two are by our cabin area, and two are at our Pavilion close to Palazzi Pond. Additional fees for portable Toilet rentals apply to shelters by the Pavilion. Fees: $5.00 per person per night at the group camping area: Minimum of 10 people, or $50. Rental of the shelters $30 per night Day rental fee $100 for exclusive use of the Pavilion and $2.00 per person attending. Day use $2.00 per person.
