Facilities: The primitive camping area has two screened in Adirondack shelters that sleep 8 people each and a large, 24' by 48' open air pavilion with fireplace for meeting, preparing meals and sharing your meals. The surrounding area offers plentiful tent sites and several areas upon which smaller campers and travel trailers may be situated.

Swim in Palazzi pond or rent one of our fun watercraft and explore the water. Trails, open fields and woodlands abound. Recreation fields may also be utilized with scheduling from the Manor House. Portable toilets are provided for your use.

What is "primitive camping?" Primitive campsites do not include water or sewer hookups, electricity or a bath house. You are able to enjoy nature without distractions of modern life. You will also need to pack out any trash you bring in.
Fees:
$5.00 per person per night at the group camping area: Minimum of 10 people, or $50.
Rental of the shelters $30 per night
Day rental fee $100 for exclusive use of the Pavilion and $2.00 per person attending.
Day use $2.00 per person.
